Hybrid (in-person and Zoom)

Presenter: Anders Modig, Historical Director of Åsle Tå

Åsle Tå is an open-air museum known for having the largest remaining group of laborers’ cottages in Sweden. These crofter homes are located in their original locations and date back to the 18th and 19th centuries. The preserved village, which lies in the countryside just east of Falköping, tells the story of the locals who lived in the cottages. The grandmother of SGSC Member Joan Kirkpatrick was born in this village.

Non-members may attend this event with ticket purchased here. Cost is $10 per person.
